Julie Reinhart

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep love and appreciation for nature. I really love trees. Thankfully, my parents helped to encourage my love of nature. When I was growing up, when my family traveled, we camped most of the time. The outdoors have always been a part of my life. In early adulthood, I traveled around the country a lot; staying in youth hostels, which encourage young adults to leave the hostel during the day and explore. I spent a lot of time in the Pacific Northwest. I’ve lived in Pittsburgh most of my life, but have also lived in Ohio, Vermont, and Northern California. As an adult, hiking, camping and all outdoor activities have helped me grow into a confident yet still humble person. Hiking frees me from stress and anxiety, it challenges me, keeps me in shape and allows life to slow down while still being active. Hiking is a part of my everyday life. My husband and I travel near & far in any free time, weekends and vacations to hike, bike, camp and explore new places. I am passionate about living a healthy active outdoors lifestyle and hope to inspire others to do the same. My career as a licensed massage therapist for 15 years directly aligns with my lifestyle of being healthy and active in mind, body, and soul.
